Manager Regulatory Compliance/Performance Improvement


Responsible for the overall management of the Process Improvement department.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
Two (2) years QA or PI experience, and a minimum two (2) years progressive management experience.
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database and Lean Training.
If a RN, Current RN license in the state of Nevada required.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department
Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements and have worked on lean projects with greater than 85% positive outcomes. Must be able to collect data, review, analyze and submit initiatives for improvement in clinical setting and closely monitor and report outcomes in a variety of areas including med surg, critical care, surgery, women’s and NICU. Candidate must be able to work collaboratively with staff and leadership in guiding and promoting best practices for safe and positive outcomes
